Shanghai Yixiangjia Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. provides hospital navigation, appointment assistance, escort interpretation, document organization and post-visit record support for expats and overseas Chinese. We are not a medical institution and do not provide any form of medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or medical advice.
2. Scope & Limitations
- We provide escort and interpretation assistance only, not professional medical advice
- All diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication decisions are made by licensed physicians
- We cannot guarantee appointment success or availability at specific time slots
- Our medical escorts are not licensed physicians and do not provide any medical judgment
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate personal health information and medical history
- Arrive at the agreed location on time (lateness over 30 min may affect service)
- Respect hospital regulations and medical staff
- Pay service fees on time
- Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
4. Fees & Payment
- Service fees are as quoted on your invoice or published on our website
- Hospital fees (registration, tests, medications) are paid separately by the client
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for medical outcomes provided by healthcare institutions
- Consequences from concealed medical history or false information are the client's responsibility
- We are not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, public health events, etc.)
- Our total liability is limited to the amount of service fees received
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality over all your health and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt friendly consultation. If unresolved, either party may bring the dispute to the competent court where Shanghai Yixiangjia Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is located.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or website announcement. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.
