What the service includes — and what it does not

The final scope, time, price, cancellation terms, and review requirements are confirmed before work starts.

Medical companion service

  • We provide practical coordination, hospital navigation, communication support, and record organization
  • We do not diagnose, prescribe, choose treatment, or promise results
  • We do not guarantee hospital slots, specialists, or VIP access
  • Emergencies must go directly to 120 or an emergency department
  • Any sensitive information is handled only with clear permission and a limited purpose

Institutional projects

  • Project output and timing are agreed in writing
  • Sales, views, replies, and platform results are not guaranteed
  • External messages and publishing require human approval
  • Payments, deletions, appointments, and sensitive-data actions are not automated without authorization
