These prices cover standard services within Shanghai. Multi-day visits, inpatient procedures, professional medical interpreting, and trips outside Shanghai are quoted separately.

Overtime: ¥80 per hour. Partial-hour billing is confirmed in the service agreement.
Not included: transport, hospital charges, written medical translation, professional medical interpreting, out-of-city work, or third-party fees.
Cancellation: cancel 24+ hours before the start for a full service-fee refund; 12–24 hours before, a 20% coordination fee applies; under 12 hours, 50% applies. If the hospital cancels, we first offer a free reschedule.

What we do not do
- We do not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatment
- We do not guarantee appointments, specialists, VIP channels, or outcomes
- We do not ask for full medical records, ID documents, or payment data in the first inquiry
- For an emergency, call 120 or go to an emergency department — do not wait for a companion reply
