Overtime: ¥80/hour beyond the package duration; billing unit for partial hours is defined in the formal service agreement.
Not included: transport costs for the client and the companion, all hospital fees, written medical translation, professional medical interpretation, cross-city service, and other third-party costs.
Cancellation: ≥24h before start — full refund of service fee; 12–24h — 20% coordination fee, rest refunded; <12h — 50% retained, rest refunded; if the companion has departed or the client does not appear — the base service fee for the session may apply (departure/attendance record retained). Hospital closure or force majeure — free reschedule preferred; if refused, refund goes to manual review (no automatic refusal).
Complex services (multi-day, inpatient processes, pick-up/transport, professional medical interpretation) are assessed and quoted separately.
