What you can expect

Checklists, notes, and clear boundaries

We do not have permission to publish customer stories yet. So here is something more useful for now: the actual types of records we use to keep a visit organized.

Please note: these are service examples, not real patient case studies. They contain no patient identity, medical records, diagnosis, or treatment outcome.

Before the visit

Preparation checklist

  • Date, meeting point, and expected duration
  • Preferred language and type of support needed
  • Hospital, department, and any existing public booking details
  • Questions the customer wants to remember to ask the doctor
  • Price, exclusions, and permission for any sensitive information

At the hospital

Service record

  • Arrival, start, and finish time
  • Registration, payment, tests, or pharmacy steps completed
  • Items that still need the customer or family member's decision
  • Delays, changes, or rescheduling recorded as facts
  • Medical questions or emergencies handed to the right professional

After the visit

Practical recap

  • What was completed and what was not
  • A list of documents received from the hospital
  • Follow-up items stated by the medical team
  • Receipts and personal items checked before leaving
  • Customer confirmation and feedback on our service

No invented testimonials

Real stories will come only with clear customer permission

When we publish them, names and medical details will be removed.
