A first inquiry normally needs a contact method, language, date, city, and a short description of the practical help required.

What not to send in a first message

  • Full medical records
  • Passport or ID numbers
  • Original test reports
  • Bank-card or payment information
  • Information about another person without permission

If sensitive information is needed later

  • We explain why it is needed
  • We confirm the person giving permission
  • We limit the information to the service at hand
  • We use an agreed channel rather than a public form
  • We do not place customer records in public code or ordinary logs
