We ask for less information at the start
A first inquiry normally needs a contact method, language, date, city, and a short description of the practical help required.
What not to send in a first message
- Full medical records
- Passport or ID numbers
- Original test reports
- Bank-card or payment information
- Information about another person without permission
If sensitive information is needed later
- We explain why it is needed
- We confirm the person giving permission
- We limit the information to the service at hand
- We use an agreed channel rather than a public form
- We do not place customer records in public code or ordinary logs
